We offer dozens of color options. For example, one of our townhouse lines lists more than 20 colors such as Night Pitch Black, Ancient Olive, Clear As Mud, Sophie Blue, Eggplant, and Mussel.

9. Can multiple cats be housed in a single unit?

Yes. Many of our models are designed to safely accommodate multiple cats, allowing you to maximize space and utility when you have more than one cat per unit.

We design units for a wide range of applications — for shelters (which may need towers or high-capacity units), for grooming salons (which may need smaller townhouse units integrated into a facility), and for pet stores or vet clinics. 14. How does your ventilation and odor control system work?

Our patented ventilation system is built into the commercial units to help reduce odors and airborne illnesses by circulating air, using odor-proof interior materials, and isolating litter box areas. This makes the environment more sanitary and pleasant for both cats and staff.

Because all units carry a five-year warranty on components, if any part fails within that period, please contact us via email or phone with your unit details, purchase date, and issue description. We’ll work to resolve or replace covered components.

20. How do we place a custom order versus an off-the-shelf unit?
